 Possibly The WORST book ever published. (Paperback) This book was a scam from the opening page. First of all, there was a typo on the title page and it just got worse from there. An excerpt of advice from one chapter, "You should begin your research on BBQ by purchasing books written by other BBQ Masters." Really? I thought that's what I did. You know you're in trouble when the book you're reading for advice actually tells you that you should be reading books actually written by people that know what they're talking about. It was basically an admittance of ignorance. This book is nothing but generic advice plucked from public resources, packaged in a glossy cover, with a ridiculous $16 price tag. I guess the joke is on me, since I purchased it without checking out the author credentials (there is no author, it just lists some no-name publisher). It reads like a powerpoint presentation on American BBQ written by a foreigner. Possibly the worst text ever published for sale. I'll be sending this back to Amazon for a refund...
